We recommend that you use a shipper that provides a tracking number. Defective or, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 15 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. The product must be returned unworn. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility. We are unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for with a PayPal account. For exchanges, please return your item and place a new order for your desired product. Refunds will be credited to your account within 15 business days (3 weeks) of receipt of the packaged return in accordance with the above policy. Refunds for those who paid at a convenience store will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer.These return policies and procedures apply ONLY to consumers who purchased their Spyder product from www.spyder.com. Spyder Active Sports is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees or service charges resulting from the timing of charges or credits to your account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES – FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
Final Sale items purchased with deep discounts, are non returnable or exchangeable items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of the returned items at our warehouse, we will refund the amount billed to the original payment method used to pay the order within 2/3 business days, depending on our warehouses ability to process returns. During peak selling season this refund period could be an additional day.
Spyder reserves the right to refuse returned products that do not meet the defined requirements.
